서울 강남구 휘문4거리 부근에 위치한 대원빌딩의 재건축 사업으로 업무 및 상업 시설의 수익 극대화를 위해 대지면적 1,249.10㎡, 연면적 13,891.37㎡, 지하 4층 - 지상 15층 규모의 삼성동 빌딩은 업무시설 및 근린생활시설 등이 들어설 예정이다. 공사 기간은 2018년 05월 23일 착공하여 약 20개월의 공사 기간을 거쳐 2020년 01월 22일 완공 될 예정이다.
Development and Reconstruction of Daewon Building, located near Hwimum intersection in Gangnam-gu, aims to increase profits from business and commercial facilities; on a site of 1,249.10㎡ with 13,891.37㎡ of gross floor area, a nineteen-story, a nineteen-story building with four basement levels will be built. The construction will begin on May 23, 2018, and will be completed on January 22, 2020.
