2019년 2월 준공을 목표로 대지 87000㎡에 연건평 51700㎡ 규모로 건립되는 축산물종합유통센터는 1일 소300, 돼지 3000마리를 처리할 수 있다. 공사가 완료되면 500명 일자리 창출은 물론 그동안 시설 부족 등으로 지역내 생산량의 돼지 50%, 소 70%가량이 외지로 빠져나가던 불필요한 낭비요인이 크게 개선될 전망이다.  도축시설을 비롯해 육가공시설, 냉장냉동시설, 자원재활용시설, 자동화물류창고, 판매시설 등이 들어설 계획이다. 최첨단 선진 자동화 시스템에 HACCP(안전관리인증기준) 및 EU기준에 맞춘 축산물 위생수준을 확보한 세계 최고의 명품 축산물 처리장이다.

Chungnam Plgcos. Nonghyup Livestock Cooperative Federation, expected to complete on Feb 2019 on a site of 87000㎡ with about 51700㎡ of gross floor area, can process three-hundred cattle and three-thousand pig daily. Once the building is finished, it is predicted to create about 500 jobs and improve the processing capacity; 50% of pigs and 70% of cattle from the local livestock production were used to be sent to other regions due to lack of facilities. On the site, slaughtering, refrigeration, by-products processing facilities, and automated warehouses will be built in accordance with HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and sanitation at all meat processing steps of EU Standards.
