[기초과학연구원 부산센터] 부산과학일반산업단지는 동남권 물류, 첨단생산 거점으로 조성, 첨단산업 및 지식기반 산업단지로 구축되어 있다. 그 중 부산테크노파크부지는 부산의 전략산업을 중심으로 지역혁신체제를 구축함은 물론, 연구개발(R&D), 창업보육, 인력양성, 장비활용, 시험인증, 마케팅까지 지역 기업이 필요로 하는 신기술과 각종 사업을 근거리 맞춤형으로 지원하고 있다.
[ECR 이온원을 이용한 첨단이온빔연구동] 첨단 전자싸이클로트론공명이온원을 이용한 중이온가속기시설은 가속기기반의 다양한 첨단분석기기(SIMS, TEM, ERD, NCT 등)를 활용하여 신소재 개발, 의학응용분야, 핵물리분야 등을 지원하고 있다.

[Busan Center for Institute for Basic Science] The Busan Science General Industrial Complex was created to serve as a hub for logistics and advanced production in the southeast region of Korea, as well as serving as a knowledge-based industrial complex. The site for Busan Techno Park not only establishes an innovative regional system based on the strategic industries currently present in Busan, but also provides support for new technological projects that are spearheaded by local companies with their own unique means of production, including R&D, start-up incubation, fostering human resources, utilizing equipment, test certification, and marketing. [ECR Ion Source-Using Advanced Ion Beam Research Center] The heavy ion accelerator facilities using the advanced ICR ion source provide various means of support, including the development of new materials, medical applied science, and nuclear physics, all through the utilization of diverse and advanced analytic devices (SIMS, TEM, ERD, NCT, etc.), which are all based on the accelerator itself.
